'Super Nova'
A few years back, Amiga Computing magazine had a coverdisk containing some LightWave files. One was an explosion routine, which was very impressive at the time. Anyway, I took the file to pieces to figure out how it was done and the above still is a typical result. This frame was rendered in widescreen to enhance the sense of space.
The animation I created had a few little extras like stellar debris flying towards the viewer. Amongst this were some spinning JaXanim logos! Cliche'd of course and not a very good idea in reterospect.
