'Stargazer 2'


For this second render, I redesigned the image map for the front surface of the petals. I think this one's a bit closer to the genuine article. So, here we have five clones of the basic flower, with the petals randomly exchanged for distorted ones. See the previous image for more details on this. I've also added a Depth of Field effect to make it look like a close-up photographed with a fast lens.

This render looks very nice in a photo frame. Rendering LightWave scenes for printing is catered for by using the Print Resolution option under the Record panel.
